I moved from California in the 2nd grade, so basically I consider myself a native of this beautiful desert. I worked in property management for a couple years and then began a career as a Flight Attendant for Southwest Airlines, where I spent a decade traveling the world.  Also during that time I remodeled my first of many homes and finished my Bachelor’s Degree in Business. I modeled my business plan after a very smart man named Herb Kelleher, the CEO of Southwest Airlines.
 
 Real Estate has always been a passion of mine.  I started my career with Realty Executives and I enjoyed working with them achieving their “Diamond Award” status in 2003. I wanted to incorporate my business skills, so I started my own brokerage the following year.  
 I mentor a small group of Professional Realtors, who all believe in the same work ethic and core concepts.  My favorite advice was given to me at a young age, “The more you teach others to grow, the more you learn and grow yourself”.
 
 Montebello means beautiful mountain in Italian. I feel lucky enough to live in a place where we are surrounded with beauty, including my favorite “Camelback Mountain”.  Not only does it add an amazing backdrop to the neighborhood, but it also is quite a technical climb that never gets dull. You can always push yourself to go up a little faster.
 
 I have run several Marathons and ridden my bike across the country of Czech Republic. I have also climbed Kilimanjaro in Africa and Annapurna Circuit in Nepal (where I learned the true meaning in Namaste).  I grew up playing soccer which taught me “It’s not about how hard you fall, but how quickly you get back up”.
 
My passion for knowledge will always keep me moving forward to the next challenge. I dedicate myself to each client I work with and look for a lasting relationship, which I consider just as important as the project at hand.  I love a good challenge and don’t give up easily. Jennifer has over 15 years of sales experience with 12 of those in real estate.  She began her real estate career in new home sales where she excelled quickly as one of the top producers.  She learned all the facets of helping her clients through selecting the perfect home to meet their needs and wants.  From choosing the perfect lot, walking them through the construction process, helping with interior and exterior selections, to the exciting day of closing on their new home.  All the while providing exceptional customer service and care for her clients.  She then decided to take that experience and apply it to the resale market.  In 2003 Jennifer obtained her Broker’s License and opened her own real estate company grossing over an average of 180 million in sales annually.  Jennifer used her sharp negotiating, marketing, and follow up skills to be recognized as one of the leading producers in the valley.  You may recognize Jennifer, as she was a contestant in 2005 on Season 4 of Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice.” 

Jennifer is a graduate of Murray State University (MSU), Murray, KY.  She is an avid golfer as she played for MSU on a golf scholarship.  She will tell you that her greatest pride and cheer comes from her three children; Triston, Hope, and Chance.  Jennifer now uses her extensive real state experience and background combined with her attention to detail, integrity, passion, and overall enthusiasm to provide the buyer and/or seller with overall satisfaction.

Pamela Fandrich has been with Montebello Fine Properties since 2005. She attended and graduated from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Scottsdale, Az in 2004.  She has lived in the Phoenix area of Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe and Gilbert since 1986, but the past 8 years has called Gilbert her home.  Her area of sales is mainly residential homes in the southeast valley of Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Tempe.
